FREESTYLER HAND PADDLES

The Freestyler is the only hand paddle designed specifically for freestyle. Its unique shape and design is perfectly suited to improve a swimmers technique while training. Positive benefits such as high elbows, lengthened arm extention, proper hand position and entry will be natural and instant of using this paddle. The patended skeg design uses the same principles as a surfboard to promote proper hand entry and channel the hand forward for maximum extention with every stroke.

Traning Tips;

• Use the FINIS Freestyler along with swim fins to inmcrease speed and experience greater reach and extention at the beginning of every stroke. The increase in speed will also help to improve your rotation and distance per stroke.
• Use the free styler with a pull buoy to slow down your stroke rate.  This will enable  you to concentrate on your rotation and initial catch of the water.
